By using the KRBS Go mobile application (“App”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
The App provides convenient access to KRBS public procurement information. The App is not an official government service.
Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep access credentials secure.
We grant a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App within its functionality.
Information is sourced from open registries. We strive for relevance but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.
If paid features/subscriptions are introduced, separate payment and cancellation terms will apply. Non‑payment may limit access.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, downtime or data loss arising from use or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violations or abuse.
Trademarks, logos, UI elements and content belong to their owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by competent courts of Kazakhstan.
